All features inside Avina Booking.

Each admin page in Avina focuses on one thing - calendar, settings, services. Here’s what you can control on each of them.

Calendar page

Let's start with the Calendar

The Calendar page is the first thing you see after activating the plugin: quick stats on top, a full calendar in the middle, and a detailed booking list below.

  • Three quick tiles for Pending confirmations, Bookings today and Bookings this month.
  • Full 30-day calendar with clearly marked days that have one or more bookings.
  • Color legend under the calendar so you instantly see what each booking status means.
  • Booking table with date, time, client name, email, phone, service/label and current status.
  • Approve, cancel or delete bookings, plus export all bookings in one click when you need a report.

Settings page

Define how your WP booking system works

The Settings page controls working hours, blocked dates, colors and the main booking rules your clients will see on the front end.

  • Set working hours for Monday to Sunday and toggle individual days on or off.
  • Block vacation periods and specific dates when you don’t want to accept bookings.
  • Adjust the design of the booking form - main colors and accents to match your website.
  • Configure time zone, notification email, maximum bookings per day, slot duration and minimum time in advance.

Services page

Create the services your clients can book

The Services page defines what exactly people can book - from simple single offers to a full list of services with different durations and prices.

  • Turn the services module on or off with a single switch when you need only a plain calendar.
  • For each service, set name, label, duration, price and accent color that shows up in the form.
  • Add an image and short description so clients immediately understand what the service includes.
  • Activate, deactivate or delete services without affecting the rest of your booking setup.

Emails, security and integrations for Avina Booking plugin.

Avina doesn’t stop at the calendar. Email flows, spam protection and tracking integrations are built in, so your booking system behaves like a real product - not just a simple form.

Emails tab

Three emails that guide your clients from start to finish

The Emails tab manages the full communication flow around each booking: right after they book, a reminder 24 hours before, and a follow-up after the meeting.

  • Three core emails: instant confirmation, 24-hour reminder and post-session follow-up.
  • Custom subject line for each email, plus an option to send a copy to the site admin.
  • HTML email content - write your own or paste text generated by AI, as long as it’s valid HTML.
  • Attach files to any email, like a PDF test, workbook or guide your clients receive automatically.

Security tab

Protect your wordpress calendar from bots and abuse

The Security tab gives you control over spam protection and how many times the same person can book in a single day - without touching your server settings.

  • Google reCAPTCHA integration with site key and secret key fields ready to use.
  • Rate limiting per email or phone - define how many bookings one person can make per day.
  • IP-based rate limiting to stop bots or bad actors from filling your calendar with fake slots.
  • Clear error message when someone reaches the daily limit, so real clients know what happened.

Integrations & tracking tab

Connect Google Calendar and track what actually works

The Integrations tab is where Avina Booking connects to the outside world - from Google Calendar to your analytics scripts and pixels.

  • Google Calendar integration (beta) that sends each new booking straight to your Google Calendar.
  • Dedicated fields for Facebook Pixel ID and Google Analytics ID - no extra plugins needed.
  • Two script areas: one for code in the <head> and one for code before </body>.
  • Built-in tester at the bottom to quickly check if your IDs and scripts are entered and connected correctly.

Labels & language, advanced settings and Avina updates

Beyond the core pages, Avina Booking gives you control over the texts your clients see, the final screens they land on, and a simple way to follow what’s new in the plugin.

Labels & text tab

Make the booking form speak your language

The Labels tab lets you rewrite the key texts on the booking form, so you don’t have to rely on heavy language packs or generic wording.

  • Change front-end texts like Thank you, Next, Back, titles and field labels.
  • Adjust phrases such as “Select a service” to match your tone or language standard.
  • Use it for multilingual sites or simply to align the form with your existing copy style.
  • Dozens of fields you can tweak without touching code or translation plugins.

Advanced tab

Optional payment details and a fully custom thank-you screen

The Advanced tab hosts two special areas: one for static payment information, and one for the final message your clients see after booking.

  • Payment Settings subtab for showing bank details like IBAN, BIC or other manual payment info beneath the form.
  • Purely informational - it does not block the booking flow or require an online payment to continue.
  • Final screen editor where you control the thank-you text that appears after a successful booking.
  • Use the final message to explain next steps, share links or add any custom instructions you need.

News tab

Stay up to date with changes inside the plugin

The News tab keeps a small window into what’s happening with Avina - recent updates and a quick guide so you don’t have to guess where to start.

  • Short list of the latest plugin updates, improvements and fixes.
  • Built-in “platform user guide” with a quick overview of how the main pages work together.
  • Useful when you return to the plugin after a while and want to see what’s new.
  • No need to open external documentation just to get the big picture.

Who is Avina Booking really for?

If you need people to pick a time and show up - online or in person - Avina gives you a clean calendar, simple rules and just enough automation to keep everything under control.

Solo experts & online sessions

Coaches, therapists, consultants, tutors

You work one-to-one or in small groups and need a clear way for people to book a slot, receive reminders and maybe a worksheet or guide before or after the session.

  • You want a simple calendar with bookings listed under it, not a huge “clinic system”.
  • You need automatic emails - confirmation, reminder 24h before and a follow-up after the meeting.
  • You sometimes attach PDFs, tests or resources to emails, without using another tool.
  • You like having a custom thank-you screen to explain what happens next after someone books.

Studios, salons & local services

Beauty, hair, clinics, tours, small teams

You have a physical place, work by hours and need to control how many bookings per day you accept, on which days, and for which exact service.

  • You offer different services with their own duration, price, color and image in the form.
  • You want to see pending confirmations, today’s bookings and this month’s bookings in one glance.
  • You need rate limiting, so the same person or IP doesn’t fill your calendar with fake reservations.
  • You care about colors, labels and button texts matching your brand and language, not a generic template.

Agencies, freelancers & multi-language sites

Site builders who need control, not chaos

You build or maintain WordPress sites for clients and need a booking plugin that’s easy to style, easy to translate and friendly to tracking and integrations.

  • You want the front-end texts (buttons, steps, labels, “Thank you”) editable from a single Labels tab.
  • You need the form colors to blend with different themes without custom coding for each project.
  • You appreciate having Google Calendar (beta), Facebook Pixel, GA IDs and custom scripts in one place.
  • You prefer a clean admin with separate tabs for calendar, settings, services, emails, security and news.
