This privacy policy describes what information avinabooking.com collects, how it is used and what choices you have. The website is operated by Dimitrov.online EOOD, Varna, Bulgaria (the “we” in this document).

Who we are

Our website address is https://avinabooking.com. The site presents the Avina Booking plugin for WordPress and contains a live demonstration of the booking form.

What data we collect

Demo bookings

The live demo on the home page is the real plugin running on this site. If you make a test booking we store the name, email address, phone number and note you enter, together with the selected service, date, time and your IP address. This data is used only to demonstrate the plugin, is visible only to the site administrators and is deleted regularly. Please do not enter real personal data of other people in the demo.

Analytics

We use Independent Analytics, a self-hosted analytics plugin, to count page views. It stores aggregated, anonymised statistics in our own database. It does not set tracking cookies and does not share data with third parties.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs that include IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are rotated automatically.

Cookies

The public site does not set tracking cookies. Cookies are used only when you log in to the administration area.

Third-party services

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google’s privacy policy applies to that transfer.

Legal basis and retention

We process demo booking data on the basis of your consent given through the checkbox in the form. You can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time by emailing us. Demo bookings are purged periodically; analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

The plugin itself

The Avina Booking plugin, when installed on your own website, stores all booking data in your own WordPress database. It does not send any data to avinabooking.com or to Dimitrov.online. If you enable the Google Calendar integration, booking details are sent to Google on your behalf using your own credentials.
